Pro Rating and Cancellation Policy

Pro Rating:
There may be times when your child needs to miss a lesson, we understand! For pro-rating of course fees and issuance of class credits (credit held for the following term), here are the circumstances that O School Junior accepts as valid:

1) Child is unwell with medical certificate/letter

​

2) Child is overseas with advance notice (at least one week before)

​

3) Child is participating/representing school in an important national level event (e.g. National School Games/other competitions of equal stature), with a supporting letter from the school/relevant organisation

All other requests for fee adjustments will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for helping us to keep our programme running smoothly!

Cancellations:

In the event that you have signed up for a course and wish to withdraw before the completion of the term, no refunds will be given. Remaining credits may not be transferred to other students.
